KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 28 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and Chinese Premier Li Qiang witness Investment, Trade and Industry Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz and Chinese Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao sign the ASEAN-China Free Trade Area (ACFTA) 3.0 upgrade protocol in conjunction with the 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre today.
