KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 28 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim shakes hands with Chinese Premier Li Qiang at the signing of the ASEAN-China Free Trade Area (ACFTA) 3.0 upgrade protocol in conjunction with the 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre today.

Also present are Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Aziz (behind, right) and Chinese Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao (behind, left).
