KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 28 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim shakes hands with Chinese Premier Li Qiang at the signing of the ASEAN-China Free Trade Area (ACFTA) 3.0 Upgrade Protocol at the 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre today.
