SEPANG, Oct 28 -- Brazilian President Luiz In‡cio Lula da Silva leaves for home today after his first three-day official visit to Malaysia as ASEAN's guest in conjunction with the 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits in Kuala Lumpur.

President Lula's special aircraft departs at 8.15 am following a red-carpet send-off, which includes a guard of honour of 28 officers and personnel from the First Battalion of the Royal Malay Regiment.
