KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 26 -- Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney speaks during a panel session at the ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (ABIS) 2025 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), held in conjunction with the 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits taking place from today until Oct 28.

Also present Founding Dean, Blavatnik School of Government and Professor of Global Economic Governance Oxford University, Professor Ngaire Woods, who serves as a moderator.
