SUBANG, Oct 26 -- Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk arrives in Malaysia to attend the 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits, which officially commences this morning at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) today.

Overchuk and his delegation, including Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko, land aboard a special aircraft at the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) Base in Subang at 5pm, where they are received by Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad.
