KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 26 -- Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim witnesses Investment, Trade and Industry Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz and ASEAN Secretary-General Dr. Kao Kim Hourn during the handover ceremony of the Second Protocol to Amend the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA) in conjunction with the 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre today.
