47th ASEAN SUMMIT

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 26 -- Timor-Leste Prime Minister Kay Rala Xanana Gusmao appears emotional after signing the Declaration on the Admission of Timor-Leste into ASEAN during the opening ceremony of the 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) today.

Also present is Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim (right).
