KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 26 -- Timor-Leste's national flag now stands tall with other ASEAN member states' flags, marking its official entry as the 11th member of the regional bloc following the signing of the Declaration on Timor-Leste's Admission into ASEAN during the opening of the 47th ASEAN Summit and Related Summits at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) today.
