PUTRAJAYA, Oct 25 -- Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim (right) and Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva witness the exchange of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Chang Lih Kang and his Brazilian counterpart, Luciana Barbosa de Oliveira Santos, at Seri Perdana Complex today.

The MoU aims to strengthen bilateral ties in the fields of science, technology, and innovation.
