PUTRAJAYA, Oct 25 -- Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim (right) and Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva witness the exchange of a letter of intent between the Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute (MARDI) and the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation (EMBRAPA) at Seri Perdana Complex today.

The letter is exchanged between MARDI director-general Datuk Dr. Mohamad Zabawi Abdul Ghani and Brazil's Minister of Agriculture and Livestock, Carlos Fávaro.
