KUALA LUMPUR, July 9 -- Malaysia's Foreign Minister, Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan speaks at a press conference after the Signing Ceremony of the Instrument of Accession to the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia (TAC) held in conjunction with the 58th ASEAN Foreign Ministers' Meeting (AMM) and Related Meetings at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre today.
