GEORGE TOWN, 25 Feb -- Sesi Permukiman Menteri-Menteri Pertahanan ASEAN (ADMM Retreat) membuka tirai hari ini di Batu Feringhi.

Permukiman ADMM diadakan bersempena dengan Kepengerusian ASEAN-Malaysia 2025 yang bertemakan "Keterangkuman dan Kemampanan".

Malaysia menjadi tuan rumah kepada lebih 300 mesyuarat, program dan sidang kemuncak berkaitan ASEAN sepanjang tahun ini. Malaysia pernah menjadi Pengerusi ASEAN pada tahun 1977, 1997, 2005 dan 2015.

GEORGE TOWN, Feb 25 -- The ASEAN Defence Ministers' Meeting (ADMM) Retreat kicks off today in Batu Feringhi.

The ADMM Retreat is held in conjunction with the 2025 ASEAN-Malaysia Chairmanship.

Under the theme 'Inclusivity and Sustainability', Malaysia will host over 300 ASEAN-related meetings, programmes, and summits throughout the year.

Malaysia officially assumed the ASEAN Chairmanship on Jan 1 this year, marking the fifth time it has held the position, following its previous terms in 1977, 1997, 2005, and 2015.
