KUALA LUMPUR, July 8 -- Malaysia's Foreign Minister, Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan, and Algeria's Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, exchange a Note on Diplomatic Training between Malaysian Institute of Diplomacy and Foreign Relations (IDFR) and Algerian Institute of Diplomacy and International Relations of Algeria after a bilateral meeting in conjunction with the 58th ASEAN Foreign Ministers' Meeting (AMM) and related Meetings tonight.
