KUALA LUMPUR, May 27 — Vietnam's Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attends the 2nd ASEAN-Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Summit at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).

Also present is Timor-Leste's Prime Minister Kay Rala Xanana Gusmao (right) as an observer.
