SEPANG, May 25 --Secretary General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf Jassim Mohammed Al-Budaiwi arrives at Bunga Raya Complex Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) here today to attend the 46th ASEAN Summit, set to take place at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) on May 26 and 27.
