SEPANG, May 24 -- National Unity Minister Datuk Aaron Aro Dagang welcomes Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his wife Le Thi Bich Tran upon the premier's arrival for his first official visit to Malaysia, at Kuala Lumpur International Airport today.

He will be attending the 46th ASEAN Summit at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
