SEPANG, May 24 -- Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh inspects a guard-of-honour mounted by 28 officers and personnel from the First Battalion Royal Ranger Regiment (Ceremonial) upon arrival for his first official visit to Malaysia, today.

He was accompanied by his wife Le Thi Bich Tran and will be attending the 46th ASEAN Summit at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
