KUALA LUMPUR, May 24 -- Deputy Prime Minister of Vietnam Bui Thanh Son, who is also its Foreign Minister, attends a welcome dinner for foreign ministers from ASEAN, Timor-Leste, the Gulf Cooperation Council and China, tonight.

The dinner precedes the 46th ASEAN Summit, set to take place at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre from May 26 to 27.
