KUALA LUMPUR, May 24 -- Qatari Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan Saad Sultan Al Muraikhi attends a welcome dinner for foreign ministers from ASEAN, Timor-Leste, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), and China at the Petronas Twin Tower, tonight.

The dinner precedes the 46th ASEAN Summit, set to take place at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre from May 26 to 27.
