KUALA LUMPUR, May 24 -- Malaysia's Foreign Minister, Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan, chats with a foreign minister ahead of a welcome dinner for his counterparts from ASEAN, Timor-Leste, the Gulf Cooperation Council, and China.

The gathering, which takes place at the Petronas Twin Towers, precedes the 46th ASEAN Summit.
