KUALA LUMPUR, May 24 — Malaysian Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan speaks to the media after chairing an informal consultation on the implementation of the Five-Point Consensus, held in conjunction with the 46th ASEAN Summit, set to take place at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) today.
The initial consultation involves the previous, current, and incoming ASEAN chairs, namely Laos, Malaysia, and the Philippines, respectively.
An extended informal consultation follows, involving all ASEAN foreign ministers, excluding Myanmar, in line with the bloc's current stance on the country's political situation.
