LANGKAWI, Jan 16 -- The ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Retreat (AMM) will take place this Saturday and Sunday, in conjunction with Malaysia’s chairmanship of ASEAN in 2025.

Malaysia officially assumed the ASEAN Chairmanship on Jan 1, this year under the theme ‘Inclusivity and Sustainability,’ reflecting the country’s aspiration of fostering a united and prosperous ASEAN community.

This year, Malaysia is set to host approximately 323 ASEAN meetings across various levels, culminating in the ASEAN Summit, which is anticipated to take place in October.
