Di sebalik kehangatan perbincangan diplomatik dalam Sidang Kemuncak ASEAN ke-46, terselit satu lagi tugas mencabar Malaysia yang perlu disempurnakan. Bezanya bukan di meja rundingan tetapi di dapur pusat konvensyen ternama itu.
