KUALA LUMPUR, May 23 -- Police officers maintain a strong presence around the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC), enforcing tight security as the ASEAN Summit unfolds from May 26 to 28.

A total of 7,227 police personnel have been deployed to ensure the event proceeds smoothly and safely.
